Invitation for Proposals for the Development of a new CTY Greece Website

Anatolia College is looking for a web development company to design, develop, implement, and support a new informational website for its CTY Greece program, hosted at https://cty-greece.gr/.

The new website should be on air by June 24, 2024 at the latest.

Regarding the project

Approximately ten years ago, the "CTY Greece" website embarked on a journey to introduce its program to Greece and Cyprus.

However, over the years, our needs have evolved. Now, with the introductory phase behind us, we crave a website that not only tells a story but also acts as a seamless portal for registration and enrollment.

It's time we focused more on functionality and less on impressiveness.

Important notice: The back office service at https://exams.cty-greece.gr/ will NOT be reworked; it will be an external link from specific points of our new website, giving prospects the chance to register or sign in to their account.

Content Migration Details

You will need to migrate all information related to the COURSES section in both languages (https://www.cty-greece.gr/en/program).

Anatolia will be providing you with content or links from the original website for the initial setup of the other Menu Items in one of the two languages for the process of development.

Translation into the second language will follow the completion of the Greek section of the website.

Regarding Forms Required Across The Website

Form creation through the CMS platform is a requirement so that administrators and specific editors are able to create and add new forms on various sections when needed.

We require an integrated Google Form alternative that must allow Pixels for analytics and marketing purposes.

The form alternative/plugin will need to have:

  • Ease of creation and adding new sections
  • Ease of accepting submissions (for example, with an on and off switch and a general message)
  • Analytics
  • Tracking
  • Pixels

Forms expected for this website are:

A general “Inquiry form” for those interested in CTY Greece
A form to “Become an instructor” for interested educators

Forms for various “Meet CTY” events all over Greece and/or for other events.

Security Requirements

1. DDoS attack protection at the application level
2. Full Secure sockets layer (SSL protection)
3. Include Auditing and logging with full syslog server connection.
4. Strong authentication mechanism for admin and editor role access with 2FA.
5. Bot Blocking
6. Protection from cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks
