Anatolia thrives at the 2nd Classic Athletics Games

Τhirty gymnasium student-athletes represented Anatolia at the 2nd Classic Athletics Games, hosted by Ekpaideftiria Bakogianni. Accompanied by PE teachers Georgia Antoniadou and Stavros Petridis, students competed in 80m sprint, long jump, shot put, and 600m races for both boys and girls, winning 15 medals in total.

80m: 

Orfanos Nikitas & Pavlidou Meropi - 1st place 

Barbara Tourkantoni - 3rd place

Long jump: 

Georgios Pliakos & Cheli Naouma - 1st place 

Dionysis Rountis & Anna Kalogianni - 2nd place

Konstantinos Kalaitzidis & Eleni Vaina - 3rd place

Shot put: 

Nancy Dimitriadou - 1st place 

Anastasia Blouma - 2nd place

600m: 

Grigoris Alexandris - 1st place;
