Gym. B’ (GP) Lyk. B’ (JH) IB (LA)

TO GYMNASIUM ASSEMBLIES ONLY

  • Attention 3rd form girls! If you are interested in learning more about Camp Rising Sun’s program, application process, and essay questions, join an information session hosted by Stergios Derlyun tomorrow at 7:00pm. You can access the virtual meeting details on Amalthea, in the University Advising Course.

TO LYKEION & IB ASSEMBLIES ONLY

  • Attention 4th and 5th formers! The Jewelry club for lykeion students is discontinued for the rest of the school year. Thank you to all who participated!
  • Do you have a genuine interest in how computers work? Do you want to learn about low level concepts, web technologies, and everything in between, all while breaking systems in a creative and fun way? The Panhellenic Student Cybersecurity CTF Competition will help you do just that. Come and learn how to ethically hack cryptographic algorithms, websites, compiled binaries, perform digital forensics analysis, and reverse engineer technologies in specially crafted challenges. Teams will consist of 5 students each, and young ethical hackers from across Greece will compete for a chance to enter the Hellenic Cybersecurity Team. To learn about registration, inform you, and help you prepare for the competition, a workshop will be held during the big break on Wednesday in Tracy from an Anatolia College alum and member of the Hellenic Cybersecurity Team, George Mamidakis.

  • Please note that Impromptu Speaking will not be meeting today. We’ll see you again next Tuesday!
  • Join us for a one-hour Zoom session to explore the ATLAS experiment's underground facilities at CERN's LHC today during the big break at the STEM Center.
  • If you want to attend the NMH summer program, come to a meeting with Mrs Alexiou tomorrow during the big break at the University Advising Office. Please have a laptop/tablet with you.
  • The Student Services Office is requesting your feedback on clubs that are organized and run by students. Please check your student accounts for an email from Ms. Antoniou sent last week.
