Joining Team Greece at the World School Debate Tournament

After a rigorous selection process, Magda Petmeza (IB2) became a member of Team Greece, the national team that represented Greece and the Panhellenic Forensics Tournament at the World Schools Debating Championship 2018. At the tournament, which took place on July 17th-27th in Croatia & Slovenia, Team Greece’s hard work paid off - they reached the break rounds of the tournament, and eventually went out in an excellent debate against Australia in the Partial Double Octos. Their performance, in what is becoming an increasingly competitive and large competition with 65 country participants, was amazing. Congratulations to all students and their coaches for their very hard work throughout the year. Congratulations to Magda, who made the Anatolia community very proud!
