5th Greek Forensics Tournament

The 5 th Greek Forensics tournament was held at Anatolia from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th March 2019. More than 350 students, 150 teachers, and many parents from 43 public and private schools from all over the country—from Patra to Komotini—competed in Debate, Impromptu Speaking, Oral Interpretation of Literature, and Oratory. Anatolia students did very well in all events.

In the lykeion Debate, Maria Eleni Zigka, Maria Nefeli Navrozidi, and Stella Maligkou won the finals. In Oral Interpretation of Literature, Iliana Axarloglou entered the finals of the lykeion tournament, while Nefeli-Maria Kalantzi and Asimina Lazaridou received honorable mentions for the gymnasium tournament. In Oratory, Katerina Hanioti came first among equals in the gymnasium finals. Congratulations to all participants, their coaches, and the valuable timekeepers and admin staff, without whom such a tournament cannot run smoothly.
