"Voices": Fresh from the Press!
Created from scratch by the newly created 21st Century Journalism Club members, VOICES gave a chance to Anatolia High School Lykeion & IB students to have their own "voices" heard.
From selecting and writing the articles to taking the photographs and creating an original layout, students worked meticulously for three months under the guidance of advisor Aggeliki Sapika, to write about everything that truly matters to them: Quarantine and the pandemic, the role of women in STEM, family relationships, their teachers, their cultural choices, and their own poems and short stories in the magazine's 'Literary Corner'.
In our effort not to increase our ecological footprint, we decided to print only a very limited number of copies and share the first issue of VOICES online.
We invite you to flip through the magazine and join us in discovering that -contrary to popular belief- students actually do love to write!
