CanSat is a European Space competition which familiarizes students with technologies similar to those used by a satellite. Teams of 4-6 members must envision a space mission and design and construct a soda-can sized educational satellite. From January 20 th – January 25 th , Anat Karapanagiotidou (IB2) travelled to Istanbul with the Greek National Debate Team to compete in the 2019 Eurasian Schools Debate Championship. Anat was chosen to represent Greece on the national debate team in December and has been training since in preparation for the World… ΠΕΡΙΣΣΟΤΕΡΑ

From February 7-9, Anatolia’s Boys’ Basketball, Girls’ Volleyball, Boys’ Lykeion and IB Soccer, and Girls’ Soccer teams competed at the Deustche Schule Thessaloniki (DST) in their annual athletic tournament. On January 18 th , Anatolia’s debate team ventured to Athens for the 10 th annual Moraitis Cup tournament, with four teams of two battling against 68 other teams from many Athenian schools.
